Hilltops Council (Council) is a local government area (LGA) in the South West Slopes region of New South Wales, Australia. This LGA was established on 12 May 2016 through the amalgamation of the former council areas of Boorowa, Harden and Young. The LGA covers approximately 7,139Km2 with an estimated population of 18,994 (2016).

This is Design and Construction contract and includes:
This is Design and Construction contract and includes:
- Design, supply, installation and commissioning of approximately 1155m of 150mm diameter PN16 Series 2 PVC-O pipe including all fixtures and fittings as detailed in the attached plan;
- All works to be in accordance with all contract documentation including Volume 3. Specifications;
- All preliminary works including Dial before You Dig, Services Locations, Plan updates (Environmental, dilapidation, Workplace Health and Safety etc) licences /approvals etc;
- Supply of all traffic management including pedestrian management and consultation with businesses and residents;
- Connect approximately 21 X 20mm residential existing service connections to the new water main including all fixtures and fittings;
- Connect approximately 2 X 100mm existing service connections to the new water main including all fixtures and fittings;
- Supply and install equal number of stop valves as per existing water main plus an additional three (3) stop valves as nominated on the preliminary design. Works to include all fixtures, fittings, surrounds and marker posts;
- Supply and install 18 Hydrant outlets fitted with surround and covers;
- Sleeved pipe crossings as per Roads and Maritime Services S requirements for Milvale Road and Chillingworks Rd, Tenderer to supply a methodology;
- Removal and disposal of all rubbish and excess materials;
- All site rectification works, back to pre-existing condition or better;
- Submission of all Work as Executed documentation;
- All other works required to ensure the works are fit for intended purpose.
